And they're complementary, not competitive. This discussion group provides the
needed forum for general interests, so I respond to inquiries about joining a
general e-mail robin by recommending the listserver. The e-mail robins
themselves are set up for special-interests (like the Historical iris). People
can, and do, belong to both.
Please continue to spread the word about Tom's listserver. If you're interested
in knowing more about or joining one of the section robins, just get in touch
with me.
