Baehre says HE'S grown them successfully (he's on Genessee St. in Lancaster),
but I haven't seen them. I think the reason is our moist, acidy soil. If
your friend wants to try one or two... tell her to buy cheap ones to
start...and prepare a special section with lime mixed into well-drained soil.
Maybe it'll work!
