Spring?

Yesterday here in central Illinois it was 30 with a wind chill of about 
10...today it is SUPPOSED to be in the lower 40's.  I see that my 
Siberians and Japanese are putting up green shoots in the center of the 
plants but with the unsettled weather our area has been having, its 
going to be a bit before the mulch comes off!!!  I envy Robert in 
Florida!!!
