slugs & other thugs

	I purchased a book this week-end that has SIX pages devoted to
	snails and slugs and how to KILL them.  There are several ways
	outlined to 'dispose' of slugs - my particular garden nemesis -
	and I will post some of them occasionally or until Tom stops me..

	My favorite:  SLUG JUICE  

	This is made by putting the remains of a cup or two of dead slugs
	into a blender, pureeing them, and then straining the resulting
	mush.  (Not in my kitchen) The liquid (slug juice) is squirted onto
	the live slugs, supposedly killing them.....
