Jim-what leads you to think conventions are alot of work. With a good
organizer from your area you could pull it off and do an excellent job. We
are doing lots of things different this year and I believe they have helped
greatly in the flow of things. I would be more than happy to share our
experiences. Go for it! It can be fun and a great and memorable experience.
If all else fails you can just collect the money and run!

I just finished the convention book tonight and it goes to the printer in
the morning. What a relief! Time for a scotch.
