Hi Kim--
I checked my POAST booklet and the only thing you listed above that is
listed in my booklet as safe to spray POAST over is dwarf periwinkle
(scientific name= vinca minor). None of the other flowers/bulbs you
listed are mentioned. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend you use POAST
over your mixed bed.
