How high is "realistic"? I could probably talk my budget guy into letting
me fork over $25, but it would be a fight. He gripes about $18 as it is.
I'd love to join American Orchid Society but they charge $30 - for great
services, but that's still over the head of a hobbyist gardener with other
interests (and club dues). Doesn't AIS have other income streams? What
about the ads in the Bulletin? Are those rates realistic?
