Elena, I'm in the process of doing this now, and have the following info.
Pictures from the Kodak DC40 are great - slight problem with in door
shots, too dark. Can be corrected with Photoshop or other program.
Kodak DC50 pictures are very good, too expensive once you buy a memory
card.
Epson PhotoPc500 has very good quality. (Can't remember off hand the
number of Pictures it can hold)
Casio QV-100 seems to be the best buy for now. For $599 at Staples
Office Supply Store you get a 640X480 camera with a LCD screen to view
and delete pictures. You get 64 images in hi-res and 192 in reg. mode.
If you have access to Internet....log onto WWW.Casio.com and get all the
specs. For the money it has the greatest amount of features. It's light
weight also....about the size of a typical point-n-shoot camera.
Have not printed or seen any prints..yet, but will by this time next
week.
