Greetings to all on the list. I've been off-list for close to a
month, because of the press of work, other commitments. I just
couldn't keep up, but now the worst is past (we've been interview-
ing candidates for a new position, which has taken enormous amounts
of time, but I think we're finally over that) so I can begin to be
part of this group again. I've missed all your comments, wit,
information, and observations, and I'm glad to be back receiving once
more. A couple people who are also on the list have kept me posted
on some things they knew I'd be especially interested in learning,
but it will be nice to receive first-hand.

NW Iowa Zone 4 (where the snow is finally melting and bare ground can
be seen in some places, but there's still a long way to go before
anything blooms. No self-respecting crocus is even thinking of
showing a blade or blossom yet.)
