Linda,
I've tried that, but most of the stalks on my beardeds seem to just
magically appear one day. CRIMSON KING did this to me overnight last
night. I guess it takes an experienced "fan fondler" to detect with
accuracy a fan which will one day produce bloom.:)
Today was a great day in the garden! Stalks of CRIMSON KING magically
appeared; I. lactea seeds appear to be germinating; TB seeds from "THE POD"
are germinating; a dutch iris was opening this evening; my new siberians
are coming around and starting to grow; pink dogwood in bloom; tea olive in
bloom; lots of pinks opened today!
