newsgroups

Well I guess He told us a thing or two. I like it that this list is
basically careful of not moving into the abusive mode many news groups
have. Are there private newsgroups? I do like the threading that happens
with newsgroup software but my mail program puts my e-mail in order of
subject and I just delete the boring subjects.(to me) Unfortunately alot
of people write "off subject" in the subject line when the subject of their
email is very on-subject and interesting. It would help me in managing this
diluge of e-mail if everyone was careful of what is in their subject line.
I like personal messeges (to a point)> I want to see you all as human and
we need to keep the humanity in the list. How else to do this but to let a
bit of our humor and caring come though this very flawed medium of
communication.
Beautiful day here. The sun is just coming over the ridge and the redwood
trees are glistning with morning dew.
