Robert,
If I knew where you are, I would probably be able to give you a better
answer. Many areas in USDA Zone 5 can have reblooming Irises. A factor
more important that your USDA Zone is the average date of the first freeze
in the fall. However, some of the early fall rebloomers should do well in
most areas of Zone 5.
