Welcome to the iris-L!
Pseudocorus in their natural habitat grow in shallow standing water.
Siberans also like wet places although not usually standing water, but
if they grow and bloom well for you then great.
I grow my pseudocorus both in a pond, around the edge and in a bed with
my tall beardeds. Both places they do fine although in the pond they
grow taller. I grow my Siberans in a soil on the acid side, mulched
with pine bark and use mini sprinklers.
