MMM to which you refer is probably Minnesotta Mining & Manufacturing Corporation known
variously as 3M Corp, the makers of Scotch brand tapes and other sudnries. Imagine that
their transparency film for laser printers on a properly formated page would work quite
well when applied to metal or plastic stakes. It occurs to me, however, that the film
might be UV sensitive but, then again, if you've used them for several years that might
not be true.
