Mother Earth tried to bloom for me in January or February this year. But all
I saw of it was a smashed flower just barely out of the rhizome. I'm not
sure if this was because of frost or rain. I had Mother Earth rebloom in
October two falls ago. It's pretty vigorous around here.
And now I have a question for everyone: some of the centers of my two year
clumps have fans that are rolled up like calla lilly leaves before they open.
What is this? Is it bad?
