Obviously, the first part is true. I don't know about it
being AIS policy but it sure defeats the whole purpose of a
robin.
Enough has been said on this by Clarence, Tom and Patricia.
If something is discussed on the SIBROB that I and the
group think should be posted to the general iris-l it will be
*but* not as a matter of course by me or anybody else.
