Why can't we be civil to each other, especially when it is a flower which
draws us together? We should all consider the possibility rhat the anonymous
person we trash may be sitting next to us at a convention some day.

Think what a wonderful resource we have. On this list is the collected
wisdom of much of the iris world. these generous people, who gained their
knowledge the hard way, are willing to spend time sitting at a computer
answering questions when we all know they would rather be out in the
seedling beds. What Tom has made available to us is something that was
hardly a dreamable thought until recently.

We are blessed with beautiful flowers, wise heads, and an electron soup
which binds us together. If you get annoyed, stay away from the computer and
look at a flower while pondering the universe. In a short while you will
feel like helping instead of hurting.
