DISCLAIMER: I am not a TB expert!!!!!
But CHINESE EMPRESS is an amoena with exceptionally nice velvet. I hesitate to
say how "good" its ruffling is by TB standards, but it IS a bit too ruffled for
my taste.
I haven't grown any TB seedlings from it, but it's the common TB ancestor of
many of my velvety arilbreds.
