When I was a newlywed the first time I had a pet King snake, named
whatelse, King. He lived in the living room and I used to take him with
me when I went out. The only problem I ever had was he ate my husbands
garter snake. Seriously, we nurture a family of hognose snakes here and
they definetly help keep the rat/mouse population down.
