Ellen, I don't know the answer to the question (where did you order
the Handbook?) because my wife ordered mine for me as a gift. I do
know she ordered it very early in December and that it came about 2
wk. ago. I guess when all is done on an unpaid, volunteer, get at it
when you can basis, this is the result. I hope this time interval
(from Dec. to mid=March) doesn't discourage you further!
