John,
I'm not sure about your area, but here in CA I don't think they could
take the dry heat of our summers. But, who knows I think the moth of
the cutworm is related to the moth of the borer and we have cutworms.
Let's hope that we do not get them (borers). I have experienced them
when I lived in Virginia and they were a B---H.
