I guess it just goes to show that you can't judge a book by its
cover...however the information inside wasn't valuable to the user they might
opt not to renew. After all, we all are consumers and make those decisions
on a daily basis. I find myself find that the AIS Bulletin is a treasure
chest of information that I can use and boy do I love the pictures of the
irises....my wish list grows with each page I turn.
