Of the above color classes, the Bluegrass Iris Society has all except
Plicata, but they have a trophy for Orange. There has been some
controversy on color classifications. A blue bitone winning best blue was
no problem. In 1988, I won Queen of Show and best yellow with BENGAL
TIGER. The predominate color of BENGAL TIGER is yellow, but should it be
considered a yellow of said purpose? This Iris is not totally yellow.
