I can endorse McClure and Zimmerman as a source of reticulata bulbs. I
purchaced "George," a large red-purple, and "Springtime" a smaller
blue-violet bitone. The bulbs were huge and bloom this spring was
excellent. I did not have any luck with 'Katherine Hodgkin", probably
because I tried to force them in pots. The bulbs survived, but no blooms.
Next year I'll try it outdoors.
