What about sedum as a companion plant? Saw a photo once with what appeared to be TBs growing out of a bed planted with low growing sedum. The sedum appeared thick and was growing completely around the base of the fans. Haven't tried this, but have been tempted. Donald Eaves donald@eastland.net Zone 7
