To much wind is bad, in most of the freezes, the
air just comes in and sits there like a layer of
strong cold, that's what normal does the damage,
that's why they used to run smuge pots or even
burn piles of tires to heat the air and also to
make the air move, but if there are high winds
coming along with the freezing cold, about the
only thing you can do is try the water treament
and PRAY a lot!
