After studying digital cameras that I thought I could afford, I decided
to try a little adaptor/software package which allows you to "lift"
single frames from a VCR. I already had the VCR and the GrabIt Pro was
about $160, after rebate. I'm still playing with it, but I think it will
suit my needs, especially until the technology is better and the prices
lower.
