OT-BIO Leon Gaviria



Hello everyone:

My Name is Leon Gaviria. I am a student at the University of Florida's
Department of Forestry. I am also an avid gardener back in Colombia, my
homecountry. I am new to Irises, but expect to learn a lot from this list.
I am interested in those that will do well under tropical highland
conditions (that is mild temperatures 60 to 70 F. all year around). I
suspect reblooming bearded should be best suited. Any input on this? Also,
where can I get seeds for these? It would be much easier for me to take
them back as seeds, as fitosanitary regulations are very strict.
