newbie intro

I just joined this week. I am also a member of lilies-l where I learned
of iris-l. I think TB's are gorgeous, but I hate weeding, so I stick to
Siberian and Japanese which can be mulched like crazy. I've been several
years a member of Maine Iris Society. Our June meeting will be at the
growing fields of hybridizer and author Currier McEwen--perhaps an
hour's drive. Any questions you want me to ask? He is still very
active even though he turns 96 on April 1.
