Dear Linda: Delighted to hear that HARVEST OF MEMORIES did so well for you.
We had four nights of freezing; the final one went down to 20 F. All open
blooms were zapped, of course, even tho I covered up with buckets. I BLESS
is now trying to open new blooms on its many stalks. There is a brand-new
white SDB open, and it shows no sign of damage. Maybe the two days of rain
we just received helped, who knows? RENOWN showed excellent tolerance of
freezing a few years back. Most other talls opening showed anywhere from a
little to a lot of damage, but RENOWN opened perfect blooms. Lloyd Zurbrigg

By the way, do notice the picture of CLARENCE in the new Schreiner catalogue.
