Karen.....I have purchased many of my rose bushes from Spring Hill for several
years and find them to be of very good quality. I did have a small problem
about two years ago with a couple of their bushes, called them, got immediate
attention, apologies, and an offer for my money back...I bought more. Give
them a try.
