Hi Listers,
I walked into a local nursery this morning (yes I do leave the computer
ocassionally!)to buy some plastic name tags to bury under my irises.
They had a lovely TB growing healthily in an 8" pot, with about 3
increase. No name tag but the name written on the leaf with a felt
tipped pen, oh, and what a co-incidence, in my hand writing!
My first thought was that a friend had betrayed me by selling some of
the New Snow rz's I had given him. But it transpired that the nursery
had purchased them from another nursery who had bought rz's from me
before christmas.
Great to see it doing so well, and I left my name and number for future
orders.
I've potted quite a few myself, with the hope that they will be blooming
during the local garden festival in spring. Apparently they sell like
'hot cakes' when in bloom.
