There is an Iris named STAR WARS. Here is the information from the
AIS Checklists:
STAR WARS. (E. Roderick, 1981) TB 36" (91 cm) M-L. Ruffled indigo blue
purple. Blue Beard. [Ruffled Ballet X Navy Strut]
I grew this Iris close to ten years when I lived in Kentucky. It was
a great performer. Not once did it fail to bloom. When I knew I was
moving, I sent some of it to a teenage girl in Virginia that happens to be
a fan of the movie "Star Wars." The rest went to a youth member in
Lexington. I have no problem recommending this Iris, but currently, I do
not know of a source.
