I am inclined to agree with Rick. I am sure that mine will be pretty well gone
by then. I not so sure about Maryotts though. I think they are a little behind
us. I can let you know more as you get closer.
O'Brien Gardens (north of SF in Marin Co) is also a candidate.
Then again with some cold weather moving in in the next day or so, one never knows...
