Thank you for the information about the white Sisyrinchium. Recently,
at a local garden center, I saw potted plants labeled Sisyrinchium
atlanticum. The plants looked identical to the Sisyrinchium that is
growing wild in the yard. Do you know anything about the geographical
distribution of this species, if there is really such a species? I ask
that because it is not in my references.
