As you contemplate how best to clean up your garden beds, here's a weed

The much-mentioned Henbit is there, along with my personal nemesis, the
Musk Thistle (Carduus nutans.) Regarding the latter, I'm wondering if a
flame-thrower can be considered organic????
Marte in the mtns Zone 4/Sunset 1 Colorado -- where warm temps &
Chinook winds are taking the snowpack away & I can finally spot a few
spots of new green growth, all too many of which will turn out to be the
dread giant thistle!
