 checking the Louisiana Irises for buds almost daily.

Hi, Mark!  We have friends who moved from here to central Florida a few years
ago.  They had several acres here and grew lots of bearded irises and a few
Japanese.  They gave us their Japanese irises and the year after they moved we
sent them starts of them all -- they had to have some irises!

When do your Louisianas bloom?  Can you grow any beardeds where you are?
