shipping irises from USA to Canada

The phytosanitary certificate provided by the shipper is a necessary
requirement to accompany the shipment to Canada. The cost of this varies
depending on the local/state agricultural service regulations. It can vary
from free to as much as $30.
The special Canadian government mailing label mentioned below is no longer
required.
