Hi Tara: I see that Dave Silverberg is going to take you under his wing...
and you can't do better than that! He'll help you with your iris problems.
And I can help you with your request to join the American Iris Society! A
wise move for someone who is as willing to learn as you are.
Annual single rate is $18 - and Triennial single rate is $43 (a bargain, and
you don't get a dues notice in with the Christmas mail). Send your check
payable to AIS to:
Marilyn Harlow, Membership Secretary, PO Box 55, Freedom, CA 95019-0055
They also take MasterCard or Visa - just include your card number, Exp. date
and signature (and of course your name, address, 9-digit zip and so on).
AIS Membership is on a calendar year, so when you join right away, you'll get
the January Bulletin which has already come out... and although this is the
issue where there are more administrative items than usual, there are tons of
yummy ads.
Good for you! And if I can answer any other questions, please fire away.
Kathy Guest, AIS Lifer
