The statement in question should not be attributed to Mike in this context. I
simply have heard him, and others, I might add, say it from time to time over
the years, and I have often wondered about it. So my memory played a trick on
me. The quotation Walter posted, and to which I responded, was from the Report
of the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee on Recognition of the TBIS. The report was
submitted by Clair Barr, the Chair.
