Thanks to all who responsed to the post on changing the AIS
Symposium.
If AIS likes the idea, I am sure a committee would throughly study
the matter and determine the eligibility list. Taking all of the
sections/cooperating societies' symposiums and adding them to the
mix could result in a list that is too long . I had originally
suggested using the winners on the current symposium and adding the
results of the Judges' ballot. That would cover everybody. HIPS
might be shortchanged, but there are several historic TB's currently
on the symposium.
