So far I. pumila  and I. attica have sprouted from seed. I believe I. pumila
is believed to be a natural hybrid of I. attica and I. pseudopumila. Is that
why they both sprouted at the same time? Does germiation time relate to
bloom time? If this is a true assumption should I. chaemiris or I.

Next question relates to bloom time. There are irises blooming around town
on south faced exposures, most are median sizes. Other than I. pumila who
would normally bloom in March in Zone 7 given heat? Does I. imbricata bloom
early?
