I have all but the Koblein, Glasgow and 92 Grosvenor. I've inserted a quick
review of them below each of the others. The one that you don't have listed
is Bill Shear's book. You can get it from Amazon for $17. A quick route
there is through the archives. Bill's book is the ad on top of that page.
This book is the best value for money.
