Oh Denise!  Some things you should learn right now:

1.  Never add up your garden purchases...  the number could lead to anxiety
attacks, and - after all - we don't garden because we don't have enough
anxiety in our lives... do we?

2.  Never discuss your weight or your iris purchases with your husband. 

Here, here Kathy.  I have about the same amount of space as you.  That wonderful husband of mine would never be able to enjoy the bounty of the bloom if he realized how much it cost.  And, I think he likes it that way.

 

Gardens are for enjoying whether you build them $10. at a time or $1,000.
