Chris was bidding against Maureen and Chuck Chapman quite strongly at
the two CIS auctions last year.  And we didn't win the bidding wars.

More seriously, the dollar value of our particular purchases is high due
to the nature of our purchases.  We are playing catch-up in order to
meet the obligations we have incurred as judges.  So our purchases are
introductions.  The volume is not high and we do seem to have some
volunteers to lift much of the heavy burden posed by the extras forced
upon us.

We don't have brains at this time of year anyway.
