Dear Julia,
I had to get out my map to find where Tejon Pass was and I see that I went
thru there on I-5 in 1996 and 1997 on my way from LA to Sacramento. It looks
like Porterville, Visalia and Fresno would be in the southern half of
California. I have always wondered where the line was that divided the two
AIS regions in California.
