The source was Dave Silverberg. The time was the Dearborn convention.
The following year I was posted to Montreal from March through mid
June. The watering can didn't stretch.
While we will try this method, I hasten to add that I will be using a
can dedicated strictly to this application and that it will be both
'out-of-sight' and 'out-of-site' in the meanwhile.
