While the subject line does say it sufficiently, it does not quite say
it all.
Upon receipt of the bulletin, I called our RVP and determined it was
received much later than others in Ontario.
I followed the instructions in the bulletin and sent a private note to
Marilyn H., copying the borer. Within six(ish) hours I received a
rather effusive apology from Terry and Barbara Aitken (who, as it
happens, end up suffering the greatest damage) as well as some private
gossip..
A new mailer is being used for the next bulletin. I am satisfied with
the response to our complaint.
