SPRING!!

Today it was SPRING! I had the pleasure of my first roll in the dirt getting
up close and personal with the stuff that I've forgotten about since last
winter. Most things look super... a few rotters here and there, but I guess
I would too if I had to sit out in that crap all winter.
But joy upon joy...... the reticulatas are in bloom! Fabulous blues and
violets among the crocus. And if I run the palm of my hand gently over the
dried siberian foliage, I can feel the points of the emerging new growth....
It just doesn't get better than this.
