Friends -- I've been concerned as I have read the various messages about putting iris pollen on your tongue or in your mouth. Is it in our Archives or in an edition of the Bulletin that I recall reading of the toxicity of iris pollen and the death of a hybridizer from symptoms that suggested that her habit of licking her daubing brush clean did her in?
